When wanting to book an appointment or consultation, a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is needed to book, secure and confirm the appointment.

A deposit must be received atleast 2 days prior to the appointment any late appointment requests are subject to a $25 inconvenience fee.

There are NO REFUNDS. In the event that you purchase any hair extensions or Units and is unsatisfied, the solution is solely at the discretion of the owner.
